Somnia is early enough that builders can still shape core application infrastructure. The public Somnia docs show strong base infrastructure: testnet/mainnet network parameters, faucet access, RPCs, explorers, Solidity tooling, account abstraction addresses, local forking guidance, Reactivity, Data Streams, and a tutorial for building a simple DEX on Somnia. ArcPay focuses on a different gap: agent-native financial operations. AI-agent teams need more than fast transactions. They need identity, paid endpoints, escrow, budget controls, privacy intents, invoices, policy enforcement, and evidence exports.

What ArcPay Adds

  • agent service registry UX and developer tooling
  • x402-style paid HTTP resources backed by Somnia order escrow
  • policy engine for spend windows, risk floors, allowlists, allowed tokens, and emergency pause
  • SOMUSD card budgets for agents
  • STT and SOMUSD invoice lifecycle
  • privacy-intent vault for encrypted memo pointers and delayed recipient disclosure
  • audit mirror from Somnia events into workspace records
  • local CLI, MCP server, OpenAPI, and HTTP developer tools

Native Somnia Fit

ArcPay uses Solidity and standard EVM wallets today, then layers Somnia-specific product behavior on top:
  • sub-second agent payment UX through STT escrow and fast testnet confirmation
  • event-heavy treasury workflows that can move from Azure polling to Somnia Reactivity
  • typed agent telemetry and reputation that can move into Somnia Data Streams
  • account-abstraction-ready onboarding for future gasless/delegated agent operations

Why This Is Fundable

ArcPay is not another generic dashboard. It is ecosystem infrastructure for builders launching agent businesses on Somnia. It gives Somnia:
  • a demoable agent-commerce primitive
  • a reusable x402 starter kit
  • a practical privacy-intent primitive where no official privacy layer is currently documented
  • a developer-facing MCP and HTTP tool surface
  • a product that can onboard both users and builders

Verified Boundary

ArcPay does not claim Somnia lacks all DeFi. Somnia has public DEX/tutorial resources and testnet swap activity. ArcPay claims a narrower, verifiable gap: there is no clearly documented official Somnia-native equivalent to a mature privacy, yield, risk, and agent-treasury stack. ArcPay fills the agent-treasury layer first.
