The public Somnia docs show strong base infrastructure: testnet/mainnet network parameters, faucet access, RPCs, explorers, Solidity tooling, account abstraction addresses, local forking guidance, Reactivity, Data Streams, and a tutorial for building a simple DEX on Somnia. ArcPay does not claim Somnia lacks all DeFi. Somnia has public DEX/tutorial resources and testnet swap activity. ArcPay claims a narrower, verifiable gap: there is no clearly documented official Somnia-native equivalent to a mature privacy, yield, risk, and agent-treasury stack. ArcPay fills the agent-treasury layer first.
